A Typical Day of Flow
Surf Schedule
- 8:00 AM: Breakfast
- 9:00 AM: Spot check & travel to best wave
- 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Morning surf session/lesson
- 12:30 PM: Lunch at the beach
- 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Afternoon free surf
Yoga Schedule
- 7:00 AM: Sunrise Vinyasa Flow (optional)
- 5:30 PM: Post-surf Yin/Restorative Yoga
- Focus on stretching shoulders, hips, and back
- Guided meditation and breathwork

Amina is a 500-hour certified Vinyasa and Yin yoga teacher. She believes in yoga as a tool for physical and mental balance, creating classes that are both challenging and deeply restorative, perfectly complementing the energy of surfing.
